Lined curtains are fantastic insulators in winter and great heat barriers in summer, they are also the best way to achieve block out in bedrooms & cinema rooms. We can make these with an attached liner or by adding a liner to a separate track often controlled using a pull cord.
To further improve insulation and in particular sound insulation, an inner layer can be added in-between the front and backing liner. This “Bumpf” is an acoustic fabric which absorbs sound from both inside and outside the room, perfect for home cinemas.
Curtains can customised to suit any room in any home with an extensive range of accessories. Once you have selected your chosen fabric, we work with you to match pleats, hang height and all the associated hardware. This can be such a daunting task at times with so much choice, but that’s why we are here to guide you through the many types or tracks, rods, brackets, rings, colours, styles and finishes.
